The free ride is valued at your typical fare, capped at the 15-mile Business Class fare ($100.02), and the First Class upgrade at the fare difference on a typical airport run (about $74). Champagne service is a service perk and isn't counted as dollars here. Rewards are counted in whole milestones on a calendar-year basis: ride counters and unused rewards reset every January 1, so partial progress doesn't carry into the new year. Rides under $50 don't count toward reward milestones.

Priority dispatch means member requests are assigned first when vehicles are tight. Under-2h booking lets you book inside the normal two-hour lead time. Corporate Plus adds a dedicated line, a named chauffeur roster, and a vehicle held for you on declared peak and event days like F1 weekend and Art Basel.

The free ride

Ride enough, and one is on us. Every qualifying ride of $50 or more counts toward your milestone, and when you hit it, your next Business Class or Business Class SUV ride up to 15 miles is covered.

That's a real airport run, MIA to South Beach and then some. The fare is on us; you cover only the standard gratuity for your chauffeur. On Corporate Plus, the milestone comes around every 10 rides.

Members get priority dispatch whenever supply is tight. Corporate Plus goes further: a vehicle held for your account on declared peak and event days, a dedicated line, and chauffeurs you know by name.

The Fine Print

Clear rules, no surprises

Rewards cover trips up to 15 miles

The free ride, First Class upgrade, and champagne apply to trips up to 15 miles, measured on the actual route. Beyond that, standard rates cover the extra distance.

Rides of $50 or more count

Reward counters move on qualifying rides with a fare of $50 or more. Your everyday discount applies to every ride regardless.

One reward per ride

Free ride, upgrade, or champagne: pick one per ride. Your everyday percentage discount and the birthday gift always apply on top.

The larger discount wins

Your member discount doesn't stack with promo codes, including first-ride codes. Whichever saves you more is the one applied.

Counters reset every January 1

Reward progress runs on a calendar year. On January 1, ride counters and any earned-but-unused rewards reset, and nothing carries over. Plan your redemptions before year-end.

Benefits pause if billing lapses

If a renewal fails, there's a short grace period, then the discount and reward accrual pause until billing is back in good standing.

Cancel anytime

Your membership stays active to the end of the paid period, then simply doesn't renew. No partial refunds, no cancellation fees.

Comped rides still tip your chauffeur

A rewarded ride covers the fare. The standard 20% gratuity goes to your chauffeur as usual and is charged at booking.

Asked & answered

Does my member discount stack with promo codes?

No. When you have both, we apply whichever discount is larger, so you always get the better deal, just not both at once.

What counts as a qualifying ride for rewards?

Any completed ride with a fare of $50 or more. Shorter, cheaper trips still get your everyday discount; they just don't move the reward counter.

What happens to my rewards on January 1?

Reward progress runs on a calendar year. On January 1, ride counters and any earned-but-unused rewards reset to zero. Nothing carries over, so use your rewards before year-end.

Can I use my membership when booking for someone else?

Yes. Bookings made on your account get your discount, including rides you book for family or guests. On Corporate Plus, any employee on the account can ride with central billing.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your benefits until the end of the period you've paid for, and your plan simply doesn't renew. There are no partial refunds, and any unused rewards end with the membership.

Where does the membership work?

Everywhere Premium Lane drives: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, including MIA, FLL, and PBI airports and the seaports.

How do I manage or cancel my plan?

Sign in on our booking site and open Offers & Rewards, then Manage membership. It takes you to a secure Stripe portal where you can change plans, update your card, or cancel.

Why does my card statement say MIUUM VIP?

MIUUM is the company behind Premium Lane, and memberships bill under the MIUUM VIP name. Same team, same cars, one company.
